Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival proceed to Tiananmen Square. The Tiananmen Tower,Monument to the People's Heroes,Great Hall for the People and Mao Zhedong Memorial Hall are the main sites on the Square. Take a view of newly built National theatre (Shuidan). After Dinner sit back to enjoy an exciting Acrobatic Show.
Day 2 :
Start the day by visiting the Forbidden city also known as Imperial Palace and surrounding area.
Day 3:
Today's Highlight is The Great wall - one of the mankind greatest engineering achivement. First built during the spring and autumn period (770 - 467 BC) and extended from dynasty to dynasty,it meanders for some 6,400 km across the mountains and valleys to keep Barbarians out and maintain the serenity
of the " Middle Kingdom".
Next Proceed to the Ming Tombs 13 out of 16 Emperors of the Ming Dynasty were buried here. The whole area covers about 40 square Kilometers. On the way back head for Olympic Park where you can see the " Bird's Nest" national Stadium and the " Water Cube" - national aquatic center
Day 4:
After Breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven, which was used for worshipping the Heavens & Prayers for good harvest by the Ming and Qing Dynasty.
Will then stop at Yaxiu Market for your shopping spree which will follwed by visit to Shichahai Pun Street and china No 1 street - Wangfujian Street.
Day 5:
Free at your leisure till departure transfer to the airport.
